We appreciate your interest in becoming an
Affiliate-Member with Offshore4U.
Below is some relevant information, which could possibly answer
most of the questions that you may have.
Note: Affiliate-Member is not an
Affiliate-Partner. Our preferred
Affiliate-Members are mainly Solicitors, Law-Firms Accountants
and other Financial-Intermediaries. |
This
section contains the following:
We consider
integrity, loyalty and honesty to be paramount. We will therefore do our
utmost to ensure that Affiliate-Members expectations are always kept
within focus with our promises. It is paramount, that when referring to
customer care, we base this on today’s living standards. We work that
much harder in order to gain client’s loyalty. We consider this to be
the simplest way forward.
What do we
offer our Affiliate-Members access to
Our Affiliate-Members have exclusive access to our library, containing
all types of standard DEEDS, Memorandum and Articles of Association as
well as standard PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS
(if previously
issued) in every known offshore jurisdiction. Subject to the offshore
laws, all documents will be in English. Our Affiliate-Members may use
these documents to enrich their knowledge regarding offshore structures
or simply to demonstrate for possible future clients what the client can
expect when and if the client decides to embark on any kind of an
offshore structure or settlement.
Note: All
documents in the library are standard and totally neutral, and have no
relation to any company or individual, in any respect whatsoever, and
provides therefore a very realistic guidance.

How does this work
The Affiliate-Member will be given a password, which will allow the
Affiliate-Member to enter our library. Whilst inside the library, the
choice becomes clear. Choose the jurisdiction i. e. Malta then (ENTER).
Once inside the chosen jurisdiction (i.e. Malta), select and open the
file i.e. Deeds. All type’s of Deeds will be displayed. Select the
wanted header i.e. Discretionary Trust. The Trust Deed will be
displayed for the Affiliate-Member to read or print. When files are
retrieved, just click (EXIT), and the Affiliate Member is out of the
library.

Participating costs
Any Affiliate-Member with Offshore4U is liable to a flat fee of
£1000.00 per annum to be reviewed on a yearly basis. Because Offshore4U
recognises that there could be several staff members in one firm, other
staff members would not need to apply for Affiliate-Membership, but
would need to use the same entrance (PIN) provided by Offshore4U. The
Affiliate-Member is committed to displaying our home page highly visual
on their own homepage (if any).

Indemnity
The client (Affiliate-Member) shall indemnify the provider (Offshore4U)
against all claims, demands, costs and expenses arising in relation to
the performance of their duties in respect of loss, liability or damage
sustained by the company under management or any third party, otherwise
than caused by fraud, wilful misconduct on the part of the service
provider (Offshore4U). Subject to this Clause Offshore4U retains all
rights to terminate all future relationship with any Affiliate-Member
should the above be enforced.

How to get started
Subject to the international recognised money laundering laws,
Offshore4U chooses our Affiliated-Members with the utmost care, in order
to ensure that our brand and image are well protected, especially
against Money Laundering. We therefore kindly ask you to answer a
few questions, and subsequently return the answers back to us.
