We appreciate your interest in becoming an
Affiliate-Partner with Offshore4U. Below is some relevant
information, which could possibly answer most of the questions
that you may have.
Note: Affiliate-Partner is not an
Affiliate-Member. Our preferred Affiliate-Partners are
Approved and Authorised Translators or Translation Agencies.

We consider
integrity, loyalty and honesty to be paramount. We will therefore do our
utmost to ensure that clients needs and expectations are always kept
within focus when making our decision. It is paramount, that when
referring to customer care, we base this on today’s living standards. We
work that much harder in order to gain client’s loyalty. We consider
this to be the simplest way forward.
What type of
Clients can we introduce to you
Our Client base mostly consists of solicitors, law firms, accountants
and other financial intermediaries. This means that most of our
documents are classified as financial or legal in nature. We cannot
force a client to accept your services. Only you can assist during the
decision making process. The client’s final decision depends primarily
on the following three factors:
If you are
confident that you can answer “yes” to the above questions then you
automatically offer our clients a valid choice of choosing you. As an
Offshore4U Affiliate–Partner we will notify you as soon as we have a
translation request, subject to the initial language of the document.
Offshore4U guarantees that there will not be more than MAXIMUM 15
translators per language. This is the beauty of becoming an
Affiliate-Partner with offshore4U.

How
does this work
As mentioned above, Offshore4U guarantees that there will never
be more than 15 translators per language on our records at any time.
However try to imagine that a Client has a document that needs to be
translated from Danish into English. We will approach all our Danish
Affiliate-Partners, their current location is not a priority. The
Affiliate-Partners will be given the translation details.
Affiliate-Partner and Offshore4U will discuss and negotiate a price,
turn around time, terms of payment. Offshore4U will not necessarily
choose the cheapest option. Priority will be given to those who are
highly competitive focused, and stay within the turn around time as
agreed.

Where is the catch
Any Affiliate Partner with Offshore4U is liable to a flat fee of
£25.00 per annum to be reviewed on a yearly basis. Because Offshore4U
does not intervene, or ask for any commission on any completed work, we
strongly advise all Affiliate-Partners to supply us with their price in
GBP per source word. The Affiliate-Partner is committed to making our
home page highly visual on their own homepage (if any), and also agrees
NOT to approach our clients without our permission.

Indemnity
The client (Affiliate-Partner) shall indemnify the provider (Offshore4U)
against all claims, demands, costs and expenses arising in relation to
the performance of their duties in respect of loss, liability or damage
sustained by the company under management or any third party, otherwise
than caused by fraud, wilful misconduct on the part of the service
provider (Offshore4U). Subject to this Clause Offshore4U retains all
rights to terminate all future relationship with any Affiliate-Partner
should the above be enforced.

Offshore4U chooses our Affiliated-Partners with the utmost care, in
order to ensure that our brand and image is well protected. We therefore
kindly ask you to answer a few questions, and subsequently return the
answers back to us.
